Service Delivery Study: During 2016 the Fire District conducted a comprehensive study focused on conducting a baseline assessment of the District’s current conditions and current service performance. The Study provided an assessment of fire department operations in comparison to the industry’s best practice standards. The purpose of doing so was to create a benchmark against which the options for future service delivery can be measured. Since completing the Study, the Fire District has implemented a number of service level enhancements, gained an objective assessment of service level capabilities and limitations, and has established an information based platform from which to support future planning efforts.
